CLUB HISTORY
​
The Club has it's foundations back in 1971 and is the oldest sport organisation in the locality of Fgura. The first meeting to setup Fgura United Football Club was held on the 09.05.1971 at St Francis, St John Street, Fgura. The Annual General Meeting was set up for the 01.06.1971. The first committee of Fgura United Football Club consisted of eight members. Mr.Zaren Vella was appointed as first president of the club with Mr.Farrugia and Mr.Muscat assisting him as Secretary and Treasurer. The other active members voted in the committee were Mr.Scicluna, Mr.Abela, Mr.Vella, Mr.Busuttil and Mr.Micallef.
